BreakForth Solutions is seeking an Intelligence Recruiter with extensive experience staffing a broad range of Intelligence Community (IC) contracts across multiple agencies, including efforts requiring a full scope polygraph. Candidates must have IC domain knowledge, business acumen, an entrepreneurial spirit, and be comfortable operating at “start-up” speed. We seek candidates with a track record of attracting high-caliber, cleared talent, nurturing relationships, and creating a virtual bench of diverse talent. The Intelligence Recruiter will work directly with the Sr. Human Resources Officer and be a strategic business partner, driving successful delivery to support business goals.


*Perform full-life cycle recruiting for open positions across BreakForth Solutions’ core business disciplines including funded, proposal, and pipeline job openings within the Intelligence Division

*Source, contact, screen, and recommend candidates using all necessary sources and methods

*Understand and refine requisition requirements, aligning them with funded, proposed, and pipeline positions across the organization

*Create, manage, and monitor Division job postings and provide status reports to Sr HRO

*Devise and maintain talent acquisition metrics to make data-driven recommendations for sourcing, recruiting, and staffing strategy adjustments

*Leverage market intelligence to shape and inform talent acquisition strategies and business decisions, applying learned and acquired business acumen associated with the programs

*Partner with leadership, hiring managers, and business development to support the Intel strategy

*Ensure timely and accurate applicant tracking system (CATs and ADP) data entry

*Maintain assigned talent acquisition metrics and make data-driven recommendations for sourcing, recruiting, and staffing strategy adjustments

*Partner with the security team to verify candidate clearances and monitor candidate’s crossover


  • A minimum of 7 years of direct experience recruiting for TS/SCI-poly candidates across a broad range of IC programs
  • Demonstrated experience identifying talent within technical and non-technical domains
  • Previous experience recruiting for a federal government contractor with significant business in the IC market
  • Strong understanding of the clearance process across multiple agencies
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting talent for large capture activities
  • Innovative mindset to recommend and implement creative talent acquisition strategies that strengthen BreakForth's competitive advantage in the IC market
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster strong relationships with candidates, internal customers, and business partners


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience recruiting for IC
